I have one question. Does it really make that much of a difference to put red mulch out front? Or would it be the same ARV if I just trimmed the bushes?

Patrick the kitchen looks amazing congratulations on the progress. Landscaping can definitely increase ARV, but may make more of a difference when it comes to first impressions of a buyer/renter.
