We are looking into constructing 14 units. The idea of doing it prefab vs regular construction came up.Will the building value be affected if prefab?Any thing we need to be aware of with prefab?Any help is appreciated

So we decided in lieu of selling our house we'd rent it.It was kind of a hybrid situation with the PM - we'd spent some time developing a relationship - she managed a large 200-300 unit apartment complex and was the head PM there - she was familiar with the tenant as he'd rented at her apt complex for 2-3 years with no problems.

(Yes, due on sale clause risk, but I've lived with that myself for years without any issues.)3) The equity from the property should be the contribution from the first couple and the second couple should contribute cash such that each party has equal contributions to the LLC.I would definitely have a real estate attorney help you with this as it is too complex for an on-line LLC creator.
