I'm sure there are tons of options to choose from. 

The advantages are twofold - you secure favorable financing terms for your primary residence, and when you're ready to move on to the next property, you have the option to turn your initial purchase into a lucrative investment.

I chose Tulsa, OK as my location but I am actually located in a rural part of North Central Oklahoma. 

It has zero to do with the purchase price or market value.Nobody can tell you if that is the best value you can find without actually quoting this property with you as the owner but I can tell you that the price is not unreasonable.

Transplant hospitals might be another option. 

My partner and I are actually considering selling a couple of smaller deals (8, 6 and 5 unit properties) off market.Where is your property located? 

And I'm actually concerned for their viability and ability to survive in the future.

I want to start attending foreclosure auctions to get a feel for how they operate before actually doing any bidding.

I did just recently split my heat and that will take years before I actually see the difference.
