You can try googling repair prices as there are several websites that try to track repair costs by zip code.

I have noticed a lot of new development beginning to happen in and around the 33311 zip code, more specifically around Sistrunk Boulevard (6th Street).

I’ve looked and come across a lot of depreciated homes in the 32209 & 32208 zip that seem to be looked over and wonder if any investors ever thought to fix them up and rent out to section 8 vouchers holders?
