I agree there are write offs such as depreciation and expenses, but I'm just wondering if anyone figures that expense into their cash flow expectations from a rental property, and if so how they estimate the amount to deduct from the profit.

Just wondering if I should wait until I save it or is it worth getting a loan to jump on it now?

I'm just wondering how to safely move it around into investments that are worth it and more reliable in RE.

Hi,I am wondering if there is any benefit to doing this, for tax implication.From my soon to be refi, I will have $40,000.

I figure with $250k I will have a solid jumping off point to be able to support myself as well as take on this new venture.Before I move to Las Vegas, I was wondering if there are a few initial steps I should take?

Im wondering if there is anyway to wrap the construction cost into the loan even though the property is “not functional”.
