You are basically telling the head coach of the opposing team, all of your game strategy, and of course, they are going to tell you that it's all great. 

I’ve always liked Vegas, and it’s relatively inexpensive to travel and stay in.

I would find someone who has done several flips and give them a cut of your deal to just have them as a coach.
