For the real estate agent looking to develop relationships with investors, what should he/she do to make themselves more marketable?

I am looking at putting together a syndication deal for a housing development outside of Lagos, Nigeria.

I have worked with a number of developers / investors / owner-occupiers over the past few years and I'm looking forward to building my network.

I encourage you to engage someone who knows about land development matters before you assume it can be easily (or financially feasible) to subdivide property and get all your permits and entitlements.

If you would rather not bother with a License, you could develop a business relationship with Agent/s who can find what you require, and who could list them for you later too.Or you could take all the same sort of actions recommended for those who can legally Wholesale in some other States - "driving for dollars", letter campaigns, you get the idea - but in Ohio, take Title unless Licensed!
