Make every attempt to take action while maintaining your studies.

I've been doing a lot of studying and I've been to a few seminars and meetings to try and see what would interest me most. 

Or something that I can study that will help me better understand this new language!

I have yet to buy my first property or do anything but study about real estate investing.

At night, I study anything that interests me, including Real Estate.  

I am new to the site but an avid podcast listener and have been studying Real Estate for a few years.  

Part 2 -Question - given that many empty nesters and couples are "downsizing" can you get away with building 1 bedroom homes with an open study that can serve as a guest area ie. murphy bed?

We have been studying up on the tenant act so we're pretty familiar with it and definitely understand the value of screening.
