Regretfully he was not able to attend the viewing due to pressing business commitments out of town.1 Check on Mrs shows that the 37-year-old “nice†lady has never had a check done on her before.2 Check on Mr 38 year old also shows he has never applied for credit either.3 Before their current 7-month long tenancy they lived in their owner occupied property in Wellington.

Just earlier this year I finally had to repair the agitator but only issue I had and I even got it second hand from an elderly lady. 

And a cleaning lady 5-10 hours per week to help out. 

One lady called me and when I interrupted her 20 minute long script to tell her I was not interested, she yelled at me and told me I interrupted her.

They have 3 day maintenance guys, 8-10 cleaning ladies, 2-3 laundry, 2 front desks.

If you lived in an area where major industries of the economy were dying and unemployment rose to 20% would you be happy?

Yesterday, I had a lady apply for housing and she seemed very upset at the 30.00 fee.

With five units I've had two late payments this year, not counting the lady I was going to evict.

And while I'm admiting to be a carefree lawbreaker, the lady that cut my hair a few weeks ago was - get this - UNLICENSED!

Not to highjack this thread, but my cleaning lady does all 22 of my furnished rentals for free.
