I staged my home when I sold my main residence this year.

The unit is paid off because I used the cash I got when I refinanced my personal residence at a 5.3% interest rate.

RE has been as high as 40% of my portfolio but is now down to about 30% including my residence.

Just do it as a primary residence mortgage?
