I don't know Fremont specifically that well, and local market drivers could change my perspective, but looking at the 3 year trend on sale price I think you'd do well to hold 6-24 months if at all possible.

My wife and I have found a potential BRRR property in the Pensacola, FL market and would really appreciate insight from the group here on if these numbers look reasonable and if it overall looks like a good idea.

I wouldn't recommend getting a loan for a down payment but if you do be careful cause your DSCR might not cashflow as well.Let me know if you want to discuss this any further or have any other questions.Best,Jackson

I currently own a lot of land in Miami florida and its worth around 50k. im looking to pull out 15-20k in equity but cant seem to find anyone that loans on land assets. let me know BP fam

I am speaking at a meetup in JC this coming TUE (9-24) called Elevate and then I run meetups the first WED of every month in Northern NJ, WED Oct 2 is in Fairfield.

Most lenders will look for 20% down right now.
