hard to say, kimberly. you could replace the entire plumbing system and of course know it will work, as it did before, and then just move on. i wouldn't recommend replacing with copper again as it just become missing again. if the numbers still work after replacing what was taken, then do it and move on. if you can do it yourself, then even better yet

Put new HVAC system in, carpet paint etc....I also protested the taxes based on my purchase price, and the market appraisal the bank required and was successful in reducing it ~$20K (only a $65K property on the rolls anyway)my tenant of 2 years just moved out, and i stoped by to check out the property.

Click here.In regards to the Environmental Control Committee, I would check in the Architectural Guidelines/CC&R's to see what it is exactly their purpose is as I have never heard of an ECC.
