Spring TX is part of the Houston metro area.

Possibly Houston, or Phoenix.

Do anyone know of any group/groups that meet in the Houston ,Tx area North, East , South ,West . that talks mainly about wholesales.  

The lowest I see is 87% of their original price which is basically market price, can you share your experience, I'm in Houston TX, the market may be different, what kind of prices are you getting?

On the other hand, my Houston real estate business is new with no tract record or financials.

Where as people in Kansas City or Houston or San Antonio, 1.2% are dime a dozen.
