We live in San Diego because it’s home and I enjoy it more then any other place I’ve been been.

I have a shared house rental and made roommates sign that no overnight guests without my permission, so the girls go to the guys house to sleep over instead of bringing them to my house.)

Hi All,This marks my first post on BP, I am thoroughly enjoying all of the knowledge and experience people share freely here.

You don’t appear to understand some basic distinctions between employer managed pension funds and employee-selected 401k funds.Guys like Bernard email you documents and wish you luck in running your plan.I've been enjoying the give-and-take on the forum - and this comment does require a response.

In regards to markets I am interested in, I've enjoyed living in Boston, MA and could see myself living there when I graduate.

I do a better job and enjoy that extra 10% a month (which is no doubt more than 10% when all is said and done as I am proactive about getting lower trade quotes, doing work myself when I'm back in town visiting, etc.).

@John M i agree with your comments about Vegas in your last paragraph I bought Vegas because I want to live there  6.2 months a year and enjoy not paying Oregon state income tax on my income from other states that have no income tax or far less income tax than Oregon.. this move alone pays for my house and some..

And YES, I've DEFINITELY been to the Tonga room and enjoyed a few tropical drinks there!!
