Hello all, I have a family member that has a decent property 4bd 2b  2 car detached garage on about 1-2 acre value is around $230–250 and if cleaned up and in perfect condition $300+.  

What I mean is, the payments made to the seller, is the total payments consisting of principle/interest, property taxes and mortgage insurance all wrapped into 1 payment and made to the seller?

I'm currently paying $4100/year for insurance, and when it renews in October it will go up to $5500/year.

If you click on the individual owner page there is an error but you can still submit an application to list and you can still see listings so there is nothing  indicating that they are stopping operation that I could see. 

Just make sure you’ve got a backup in place for any unexpected expenses that might pop up—trust me, they can happen.

Some wholesalers do creative financing but it's best if you are direct with the owner. 

The existing rental property will continue to be owned by the existing LLC.  

The property was empty for 2 years and the seller was retired and did not want the maintenance therefore looking to get rid of it (2-unit building in front and ADU in back).
