No there is not one national MLS system but you already learned that.Also, most agents can give you access to their MLS through a mobile app, you will only see the consumer side of things but it will give you an accurate view of what is going on in your market.

I was wondering If there is an app or a website that lists project dates that are going to happen in an area, such as big stores being built, malls, or anything else that would indicate growth in a neighbourhood.

I was hoping to just download to my phone and play with music app or get them onto Audible someway, but am having no luck.

Some things that have worked for me arescheduling time for certain RE activities in a shared family calendar (we use Cozi). tracking daily tasks that help achieve my REI goals (I use Way of Life app for this)optimizing my commute (i.e. phone calls on drive home from work, educational material on the way to)Ultimately, the scarcity of time is my WHY in real estate so I find ways to optimize it knowing that it will provide more time freedom in the future.
