If we purchases a home as an investment property, build a DADU, and sell the home and DADU (around 12 months after the purchase), what's the best strategy for tax saving?

I am acquiring an assisted living home (RE+business).RE appraised for $1,320,000Business for $80k.I have the RE portion already financed through banks but am needing $80k for the business to get the deal done.I’m looking for $80k short term loan for at least 6 months so that I have enough time to get a more stabilized business loan.

It’s not quite zoned for actual storage units but I could get away with one bigger building for a single business.

Also, what type of property (turnkey or fixer-upper) / and your rental strategy (short-term vs. long-term)?

Is that a strategy you use (driving for dollars) ?

One thing to consider is the value of the business / Business assets.

BRRRR is a capital intensive strategy.

It may seem counter intuitive, but the basics of real estate mentioned above are actually MUCH more important for long term success than the knowledge of any one technique or strategy.
