The appreciation in SLC over the past 4 years has been so great (nearly anything on the East Bench and so much else) and that's a great situation to be in, but the dislike of land lording isn't.

Brad Richdale (an ex TV station manager, who's basic $40.00 program I actually purchased, for the classifieds info) was also a big promoter of the "tiny classified ads" approach.

Now a days it is rare for people to have a heart for others anymore and it seems like they are forgetting their calling from the lord.

Am I better off just accepting that to get some cash flow I need to be a slum lord?
