Hello,

My name is Brad Grimmel, and I am new to BiggerPockets. I am a relatively new investor in the Hamden, CT area. I own a two-family that I live in one unit and rent out the other. Now, I am trying to take the big step to buying an investment home that I do not live in. I have spent a lot of time learning and am now looking for that next deal. I am looking forward to working with the investors on this site!
