Personally I’ll be kicking the tires this summer.

I'm not even kicking tires at this point, but I would like to understand as much as possible before I hit the ground in 2016.

If you get tired of it or its gone past the point of repair haul it off to scrap.

We do all that homework, bring the business to market, filter out the tire-kickers, handle the negotiations and bring the deal to a close.I can't really speak to your personal experience because I don't know all of the variables. 

Nicely done.I have found tired landlords who have paid off their properties; I found them by riding my bike in my neighborhood and striking up a conversation.
