If you are already worried about it not selling for a higher price because of lower priced units (which are smaller), why would you think about more renos to increase the value especially if you said you can't afford 2 mortgages?

This property has 4 bedrooms and only 1.5 bath, which I worry is not ideal for this type of living situation.The house is a split ranch with one car garage and 2 car driveway.

On the city inspector I'll try but likely no consequence, our attorney says municipalities are not held accountable for things like this It is really a shame the city inspector doesn't have to worry about consequences.
