@Joe Gore As he said it is difficult to do a double close on a HUD in Texas however as all of Texas is now in the Buyer's Select program as of Feb 5, you should look in advance to find one that would do it.

Again, in my local area, the roads have to be wide enough to allow emergency vehicles to move on, this includes fire trucks which are wider than regular vehicles.
