I'm a local wholesaler here in the market so I might be able to get you some good deals at that price point you are looking in.

I've NEVER done a wholesale deal but I want to be able to explain and convince this to the agent with some credibility.

If you're looking to wholesale your deals, you can ask an agent to find out where all the cash transactions are taking place at.

(I used to work for a Fannie Mae agent, so I know lots about how Homepath properties are sold)as an investor, I have wholesale and some flipping experience and am really looking to do more flips, as well as buy and holds.

I am now following a wholesaler's mailing list and occasionally see properties that I would be interested in.
