Obviously, any buyer should do extreme diligence when purchasing anything from anybody, but I feel that the "burn and churn" approach adopted by this group is not really something anyone would wish to enjoy. 

Much of what you decide to you depends on what you enjoy doing and what keeps you with your family.  

I want to be a type of intern to their visible business life.

My plan is to die and let my kids enjoy the stepped up basis when they inherit.
