@Ross Dailey I’m an ABQ investor (not I’m student housing) but from what I’ve heard there is a strong demand in student housing especially around the university.

It takes them filling out the paperwork first, then you fill out your part.There should be a site in your state just for this, Im in Florida, so not sure of yours, but Google this;federally-funded emergency rental assistance relief program to support residents and businesses as they continue to recover and rebuild.Good luck!

With 1150 rent should support up to 115k cash out at today’s rates.

The biggest question is "What is the wall supporting?".

I own a home in California (which I live in) and I want to start investing in real estate with the brrrr system, whats difficult for me to understand is if the bank will actually continue to lone you money when I keep buying properties, cause usually they want to see that your income can support the investment.

Not saying you wouldn't ultimately win as I think you would but self evicting someone in the middle of CDC ban etc......w/o the support of a judge is risky.
