I want to have greater control over how I spend my life for: family, rock climbing, work, backpacking, friends and traveling.

I am guessing that they travel through the ceilings. 

I fixed up all units and am adding a mobile trailer.

I currently own a small 32 unit Mobile Home Community (Trailer Park, Mobile Home Park). 

Distances in Germany are not like in US, so a manageable 5h travel covers a lot of cities for me.

There is a unit in our building of which the single owner died (death did not occur in the unit), and the daughter who inherited the property is out of state, lives in a capital city, no driver’s license; she has no means or ability (considering COVID travel restrictions) to visit, clean out and sell the unit.

I need some advice on how to move forward with my wife and I’s real estate goal which is to attain financial independence and be able to travel the world at our leisure and also be able to go visit my family in Alabama as often as we would like.

We have listed this house on Furnish Finder, a listing service for traveling medical professionals, and are currently renting the unit out for $850 per month (1.2% RTV) to very responsible tenants.

I'm looking at renting rooms to traveling nurses or other professionals. 

I'd invest some time in actually traveling to the state and meeting the team as well.
