My name is Taylor I live in way Northern Ca in Blue Lake with my fiance Izzi. I Just turned 28 and I'm very passionate about working hard now to shape the life I want in the not too distant future. Currently I work for a private timber company. I'm developing two careers simultaneously here to be a registered forester and a land surveyor. I work hard no matter rain, sun or snow I'm always out in the woods.

Since my financial blueprint and order of operations is in place I'm hungry to grow. I want to make my money and time more efficient. Working in the woods is great but requires many hours and a lot of hard work. I want to have greater control over how I spend my life for: family, rock climbing, work, backpacking, friends and traveling. I am now at a point where I want to develop multiple income streams through rental properties.

I'm currently delving into David's BRRRR book. I want to utilize this strategy to own rental properties. I was also inspired today listening to episode #331 with Ashley from Detroit. Her story was very inspiring and I want to dive into tax auctions as an entry point. In 2-3 years my fiance and I will be moving from Humboldt County, but I want to get started now because I have a lot of knowledge of the area being here for a decade...also just ready to act! I have about $60-$70K in cash ready to use once I set my criteria and finish reading the book.

I will participate and be active in the community as much as I can since I do work a lot. I love learning and can't wait to interact and learn from the community. I feel lucky to have such successful people around since my friends and others my age haven't even thought about retirement...much less investing. $12 Bloody Mary's, on the weekend, won't change your life.

-Taylor
