It's definitely not true in all cases, but this is something you'll often find in mass-marketed offerings that are trading more on their ability to run broad communication than their relationship and track record with a tight-knit group.

You can just pick and choose classes at a community college or trade school that will help advance your business.

I'm a plumber hvac guy by trade,  do a lot of my own work and  tend to spend a little more on rehab/mechanicals up front, right down to the kitchen sink drain, but get almost no calls for repairs.

If you can't swing it, it's no biggie but I don't blame you for wanting to get rid of them.

theres still plenty of deals trading and they arent trading very far from list price
