I'm surprised this would be the only lie, howeer I don't think you can kick them out for this.

To my surprise it was not that bad and just needed cosmetic upgrading to make it stand out.  

If that doesn't hold true, I will be better off, but if it does hold true, I won't be surprised.

They can usually break in pretty quickly (seriously, you'd be surprised).Don't try to break in yourself or it could make things worse.
