I ask applicants to submit with their application all supporting documents including pay stubs, is the only way to evaluate an application.

Weekly support Q&A calls on Zoom, Voxer, a private Facebook group, and a support ticket system is all provided to support the member as well in that.

Prices and rents probably don't support that idea for the most part in DFW right now.   

If you expanded your search to three bedroom homes, at a similar square footage, than you may be able to add a closet or a window to a space creating an additional bedroom (if the septic/sewer supported it). 

Aside from the lack of support, how do you feel overall about the program?
