We found a niche where there is demand and no supply for nicer property in the suburbs. 

For example, if there is a large property that my firm cannot go in on alone, would the listing agent help put us in contact with another party who could supply the rest of the capital?

Is that what they are talking bout or do they mean the fresh water supply?

My real estate agent says that the market has a pretty low supply of multi-family properties right now.

Fun fact, I am still not out of supplies from that initial order.

I believe that the demand is high for people who were not economically effected for real estate, but the supply is very low.

It seems like a great way to supply affordable housing to a market, but also having an incremental exit strategy that has a larger buyer's pool than trying to sell the entire building to one buyer.  

We should see an increase in values going into next year due to supply.

My corporate background is in supply chain management/procurement in the aerospace & automotive industries, which I happily retired from a couple of years ago to pursue my businesses full time.
