My full-time career is a Real Estate Agent.

Simply put, I design and implement technical solutions for oil and gas organizations.Currently, I am employed by a major oil and gas company for about 15 years, however, not so certain about the longevity of my career in this field due to incredibly low oil prices.

I began my career in managing multi-family communities from luxury to student housing to single family income producing properties.

I look forward to learning from the more experienced individuals of BiggerPockets, and am ready to start my REI career!

I have loved my piano tuning career of 20 years, however, it has not been providing for my family in the maner I desire.  

Provide for a change of career that can sustain us financially.Luckily, we will have some funds from my mothers estate to get started so that will make the financial part of it a little easier.  

I recommend learning the various ways to search and identify good opportunities and once you present that to suitable investors, the capital will come in.Get educated here, learn, and put it to action.

I briefly had a real estate license about 7 years ago because I was trying to help my dad get his real estate career going; but, I let it lapse because I didn't see a future in real estate for myself.  

They kept me motivated in the lowest points of my careers hard beginnings and I owe him for that.
