I personally am not a fan of holding real estate within retirement account plans.Some of the issues are1) You need to have sufficient funds within the retirement account to cover unforeseen costs.I.E. what if you have a tenant turnover and the renovation work will cost $30,000 but you only have $10,000 cash in the retirement account?
