New investor in the Seattle, Washington area

Nicholas Ngo
Posted

Hey everyone! I'd like to to introduce myself to the forums. I am a 19 year old currently in my third year of college. I found biggerpockets the summer of 2020 and I have been in love with it ever since. I've been doing all I can the past 6 months to learn about real estate investing through reading books, listening to podcasts, and reading some articles on the site.  At this point I'm starting to look for my first deal. I'd love to connect with anyone nearby on what works for them and what doesn't. Thank you!

@Nicholas Ngo, welcome to BP.

If you are just starting out, a house hack might be a good start for you to get your feet wet with real estate investing
