Has anyone done business with an Infinity Investing real estate partner called Alpine Capital Solutions?

Same way it would be if it had a train the backyard, busy highway, etc. 

Today, there are properties with indoor basketball courts, lazy rivers, movie theaters, and exterior spiral slides going from the upper deck to the lower deck...truly creative ways of grabbing the first round of renters.Even though my rents were steady because I had a hefty repeat renter business by then, I realized that this trend of having a large luxury home was not enough if I wanted to capture more renters.  

Owning a business you do no work at.

We will begin construction on the full garage conversion to a studio apt which we plan to rent out as another STR or MTR. 

Tire kickers aren't going to spend money on inspections before locking the deal up.Not talking about changing the norm, but an alternative option to those fed up with dd moneyIf it becomes the norm I’ll start a home inspection business ;)  

All this time in this business and can't believe nobody at any seminar, meetup or event has shared this. in summary:• Hired roofer did a bad job after paying him close to 30k• City inspector PASSED and APPROVED the permit!

There're some guests also, that are acting more than a home property inspection, it's just the nature of the business I guess LOL.
