does not have parking space included. during the first year, I would be +$50 to $100 a month but after july 2020, it would be +$200 a month because an assessment would have been completed on the building. the lack of a parking spot concerns me and the risk of a longer vacancy. i have funds for at least 3 months of a vacancy to pay of the mortgage and fees. its in a great area in downtown and 2 steps away from a major bus stop that goes into NYC.any one had a similar situation before?

I think at this point the most crucial thing for me is to make sure that my analyzation is spot on so immediately after graduation I can house hack in whatever market I move to.

@Amy H.You were spot on with me trying to apply for an investor loan, thank you for the recommendations I will look up the companies you listed and see what their rates are for me. 

@Matthew Church - I think @Greg Dickerson's advice is spot on.

If you need to access anything in the ceiling at a later time you will need to cut out the spot, do your repair, then patch the drywall back, spackle, prime then paint.
