Or, is that the max and there's a sliding rate that is determined based on other factors?

 @Neel Patel my lender indicated that they would do a personal loan for someone in the LLC and slide it after closing into LLC wing.

If you set a goal and can phase out while not eating up your nest egg it can go quite smoothly.

The market is not increasing, it's sliding down.
