That's a rounding error for most to all publically traded reits. 

This is what happens when you raise a $300M equity round and grow at all costs. 

A couple of rounds of this and we'll have locked down all the highest yield land in the county, with a total of several thousand free and clear credits that still have 67% if their value to be paid to us. 

I'm not so sure that someone who can go to work for less than 8 hours, doesn't have hospital rounds and can go home and actually relax or have real off time is worth 800K a year in a low cost of living environment as our area.

Our real estate agent showed us brand new single family homes in Round Rock, Leander and Georgetown, however property taxes/HOA seemed high and rents low.
