Nice house, pretty color scheme.Have you considered running a grey railing down the middle of the steps extended to the wall with chicken wire or some other child resistant barrier under it.If it's cost, maybe iron pipe would work painted grey (???)

Sometime I can even find out what color the interior of walls of the house are and the zoning for builders.

Love the colors etc. did you guys open up the living area as well?

Dear all,We have a family-owned house (built in 1935) which has some old world charm and we decided to keep the vintage master bath (green color) that's still in great condition.

They meet at ML Rose on the first Tuesday of each month 6:30pm. 

Maybe even paint a few walls a different color.

That was a colorful illustration to make a point that this landlord is being far too timid in this situation because his tenant is walking all over him .

When it gets complicated I used different colored pieces of rope with knots tied in them. 

For sheets, if I went with all white, I can see where this would be a disaster to have 5 beds worth of sheet, all the same color, for three different size beds.

Account Closed I am a huge fan of not signing long-term leases until I feel tenants out a bit - sometimes their true colors come out a few days after closing, and sometimes it’s a few months.
