Hi everyone, for those of you that have invested in Tulum and have property there, are there any recommendations for a solid PM company?

I have a property with an easement held by the Southern California Telephone Company dated 1943.  

Working with a wholesaling company Benefits:They will pay you to learn ( Basically)Dont need to deal with Marketing , accounting , administration , etc, and you will get pay a portion of equity... 

After that, I doubled down on my insurance by using a company called Superhog.

What will happen when the credit card companies and banks tighten their lending standards?

Hello Jason, I am a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina and also work with a property management company in the Charlotte area.

I've tried online lending companies like credible but they all give me interest rates above 10%.I am wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions for paying off the $50k sooner rather than later to avoid paying double the loan...any insight is appreciated!
