Do you recommend we use accounting software? 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

As far as if you still have to spray, I would recommend reaching out to a termite professional for incite on that, but if it was me, I would keep up it- since the home is clearly susceptible to termites.  

I would highly recommend for anyone starting out to buy their own deals, and invest in passive index funds until they have a better usage for the capital 

Unless you're a full-time experienced flipper, I would recommend targeting one or two markets that you are very familiar with.
