Private Money Loan vs Hard Money Loan ? 

You can 1031 like for like real estate.

Saving up more money isn't the most fun suggestion but it is what I'd suggest.

Are you referring to the Market Finder tool or the classifieds section where you can post asks and offers for real estate services?

I’d like to put an offer in but will need to find a hard money or private money lender because all of my money is tied up in two other properties.

I'm seeking out other real estate investment-minded folks in Idaho.

I see others in my industry that borrower construction money from the wrong lenders because they thought they were getting the best rates etc and first little hiccup and those lenders put the screws to the borrower.. 

We ask the person who the real owner is and if they are not correct, ask them who they are in relation to the applicant.Good luck!

Looks like a waste of money for a marginal improvement.
