Chances are that they will cost you more than they will save you by renting your unit out quicker.

We started about 4 years ago, and it was slow at first to save up for each one, but now that they are generating profit, seems to make the ball roll a little quicker!

DSCR loans have a lot of positives (focus on the property and less on the borrower, easier / common sense underwriting, quicker closing process, etc), HOWEVER there are many other products for first time homeowners or investors.
