Just look at the history of any law... ever.This was a line of REI I was interested in, will definitely have to keep tabs on these developments.

Was it difficult for you to maintain both professions while you were in?

Simply because you are one profession or another does not disqualify you from entering into legal contracts with another person.  

I can on a cash flow basis afford more land if it is amortized over a term to develop the area as an exclusive builder.New to commercial, isn't alot of commercial land leased by companies with a balloon?
