I haven't done any deals yet but I have been playing around in the stock market a bit to get enough money to start investing in real estate which is my ultimate goal and what I've been studying like crazy the last few months.

Just a bunch of weird facts and events occurring that he has tied all into this conspiracy theory leading up to this September.In the video, he thinks we should all buy gold, stock on water/food and ammo to prepare ourselves.   

The other reason being that from what my friends who invest in the china stock market have told me, the small individual investors who got in late are the ones hardest hit, however this is not the demographics that has the means to buy houses in the USA. 

The lower your payment the easier it will be to pay your monthly cost of principle, interest, taxes, insurance, maintenance etc.

The principles of real estate investment work the same, but there are no groups of real estate investors out here.

Something along the lines of 30% money in a cash flow real estate market, 30% in an appreciation market, 20% dividend stocks, 10% lending, 10% bonds/cash.

Now I realize you don't want to own but the meaning is that you don't lend on anything you don't want to own so while you numbers can probably be figured out that would be the over-riding principle.
