I checked out a few Super Hosts profiles and a pattern emerged, all of the Super Hosts were listing multiple vehicles. 

Autonomous driving vehicles are going to essentially kill the need for garages and greatly expand taxi service and rideshare offerings.

She has 141k in debt via vehicle loans, credit card loans, and student loans.

I am not super familiar with this investment vehicle, I’ve always done LT rentals and have done well with it.

Have you found new investment vehicles or strategies that are working particularly well?

I am pondering on using one of these vehicles as my very first investment into the real estate world.

@Dyami Pike I first analyzed my existing budget to determine what I was spending my money on...unsurprisingly, the three biggest expenses were my housing, my vehicle, and eating out....so, I moved into a much cheaper rental with housemates, I sold my car, and I stopped eating out, and I saved.
