I have been reading as many Robert Kiyosaki books as I have been able to make time for and feel I have a decent grasp of RE investing, yet I feel apprehensive and somewhat lost surprisingly with how to get started.I recently declined a subscription to join the Rich Dad Coaching sessions due to funds (way too expensive) and have decided to stick with other means of learning the business by way of conversations with people that have had success in RE investing.  

But the conversation I was hoping to have was hearing other investors opinions on specifically creating passive income.  

That way each unit had its own power and didn't trip the rings in each of the rooms.The way your previous tenant may have got round this problem was turning off anything running in the kitchen when the AC was on.

Does anyone have any experience getting FPL (Florida Power & Light) to turn on power for an inspection on an REO?

And I kind of wanted to prepare for that first conversation.

You have to advertise for investors or find them the old-fashioned way using belly-to-belly conversations and networking.
