Bill has a flare for the dramatic and everything is legal and lawyers, and this and that with him.

He's got a 7o-acre neighborhood full of SFRs he owns and manages as well, and I think he's just ready to start powering down in retirement and doesn't want to mess w realtors, showings, inconveniencing tenants during showings, etc.

Aside from that, I am very diligent about paying myself first and making all cash savings/investments come before any bill, monthly expense, discretionary spending...etc. 

Probably going to meet-ups or leveraging radically powerful social skills will land you an equally adventurous, but inversely experienced investor/mentor.

My max is $1500  I know that she'll be owing another month in lot rent on December 1st ($405) and then will have another ~$300 in taxes billed in January.
