I believe it is pretty easy to get a pet certified as an emotional support animal but service dog certification is very rigorous.

It seems like everyone has an emotional pet, or service dog or so on.

And maybe half of those single-family homes won't accept a pet but yours will.Without knowing the entire picture, nobody can really help.

Pets are negotiable - do you have any?

Pet Friendly: Do you charge per stay, per dog, how are your pet fees structured? 

Brought 3 dogs instead of 2, didn't pay pet deposit on move in, dogs peed in the back room (the flooring we have to replace), and they covered it with perfume, but if you get down at floor level to take pics of the swollen corners and edges from the pee, you're hit with dirty dog/urine smell. 

Make your life easier and do not allow pets.

REAR YARD IS FENCED IN & IDEAL FOR BBQ'S, PETS OR EVEN GARDENING.

Kind of like a pet store allowing you to take the puppy home.
