I received an email this afternoon from a customer we are contracted to do an addition on in 2 weeks  .

My skill set includes problem-solving, negotiation, organization, and customer service and relationship building, along with many others.

My assistant called and told them what we were doing and was able to get the Land Use Permit changed to allow it. 

My last point is that, according to their own zoning ordinance as a direct permitted use, I could install two manufactured homes (used or not does not matter) on these properties.

It is usually 7 days a week weather permitting.

@Lorenzo Wright  I have been a contractor for over 30 years and when a customer hands me THEIR contract , I just leave .

Could be a house that has old none grounded cloth wire .I go a rip all that Sh... out pull new wire ,hire a pro pull a permit  to set up the panel .This can cost a lot or not so bad .Now you know what the comment about put it back like  you never seen was all about .

Been presented with an opportunity to get 13 acres of land under agreement.. would like to know the steps and where to start to get it development ready permitted and approved to either resale of get finance and build my self.I know every state is different and so is every county of every state and every town is different as wellDown the street there has been same development project we would like to do done as well and it Middlesex MA.
